Devin Elder – Managing Partner
Devin Elder is a San Antonio, Texas native. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and worked for Rackspace and Acelity in Sales, Management, and Operations roles prior to founding DJE Texas Management Group.
After starting his investing career in single family rental real estate, he quickly scaled the business. To date, he has completed over 100 acquisitions and owns a portfolio of $25MM+ in single family and multifamily Real Estate in Texas. Devin has been a featured guest on the the top Real Estate Investing podcasts in the world.
Amber Elder – Operations Manager
Amber Elder was born and raised in San Antonio. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio and pursued a career in teaching for 5 years before retiring to help grow DJE Texas Management Group.
She handles many of the day to day operations duties for the company.
Bruce Petersen – Advisory Board Member
Bruce Petersen is a serial syndicator of large multi-family properties throughout Central Texas ranging in size from 120-292 units. He was awarded the Austin Apartment Association’s Independent Rental Owner of the Year for 2016 and the National Apartment Association’s Independent Rental of the Year for 2017.
His syndications have spanned multiple years and have consisted of over 900 units. Bruce was a stock broker in the early 90’s and after a long and successful career in retail management he has been investing in real estate for over 6 years.
Ed Guerrero – CPA & Tax Strategy
Ed Guerrero was born and raised in San Antonio. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in both Accounting and Finance. Ed’s experience includes over 26 years in areas like accounting, auditing, and technology.
He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1989. He is also an entrepreneur that owns 12 other affiliated companies. Ed’s interests include Taxation, Finance, Real Estate Investment, and Technology.
We leverage an extended team to carry out our business plan on the multifamily projects we acquire. Operating in a single market since 2012 gives us an advantage in that we have extensive relationships with brokers, other multifamily owners, property management companies, general contractors, lenders, and a variety of other players in the multifamily investment space.
