Eventide: Before & After

This was a big project! I’m happy to report it’s finally done and on the market.

I bought this house in early 2017 from an investor in California that was apparently too overextended on his real estate investments. I’ve never fully grasped how someone would try to flip a house from another state, the undertaking certainly presents enough challenges when it’s in your own backyard.

This house was a wreck when I bought it, but the potential was there: huge corner lot, desirable neighborhood, fantastic layout. My wife & I actually debated moving in because there are 4 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, all very separate from each other. Great for a family of five! The house also has two offices, a theater room that makes me a little jealous, a very private back yard, and a pool.

As usual, we had a private investor fund part of this project, and it gives me great pride & joy to be able to provide our investors excellent returns while we transform houses and neighborhoods.
